The OVERSTIM.s TRAIL PACK includes all the products you need for your trail run:

  • On the 3 days before the event, drink the carbo-loading drink Antioxidant Malto.
  • Before the start, eat Gatosport energy cake, a solid energetic basis.
  • Just before the start, take a liquid Antioxidant Gel,
  • Ensure a regular hydration and rapidly rebuild glucose stores with the sports drink Long distance Hydrixir in stick form (easy to carry / practical to use),
  • Take your liquid energy gels at regular intervals throughout your trail, around one tube every 45 minutes to an hour. Try to keep the Liquid Coup de Fouet and Liquid Red Tonic Sprint Air tubes for difficult patches or for the end.
  • Eat Amelix bars punctually during the trail.
